Mr. Barry is a native San Franciscan and first joined the Olympic Club in 1964. A graduate of St Ignatius High School he went on to attend the University of California at Berkeley where he played intercollegiate soccer before attending obtaining a law degree from San Francisco Law School. As a licensed securities broker he is the owner of a securities marketing firm headquartered in San Francisco and with offices in Napa, Boston and New York. Mr. Barry joined Foss and Company in 1985 to develop marketing programs for tax incentive initiatives allowed under the Internal Revenue Code and its state counterparts. Mr. Barry has dedicated his practice to working with sponsors and developers in identifying the most suitable tax credit equity partners for Historic, LIHTC, Brownfield, Renewable and Alternative Energy including solar and clean coal, Film Production, NMTC and CAPCO transactions. Mr. Barry is the General Partner of a federal historic tax credit equity Fund and numerous state tax credit equity Funds. Mr. Barry is a frequent speaker at tax credit industry conferences on matters relating to corporate investments in tax credit transactions. |

Mr. Carnevale has been on the Board of Directors of numerous public and private companies. Mr. Carnevale is a graduate of the University of Michigan, College of Engineering and sits on the Board of their Center for Entrepreneurship. Mr. Carr is a resident of San Francisco and is currently employed by British Petroleum Oil Company in the role of National Manager of Franchise Recruiting. This position has encompassed a dual role of developing and directing the business unit's franchise diversity and inclusion strategies. Michael was born in Germany and has had the opportunity to live and work in London, Central and Eastern Europe, Atlanta, Houston and Chicago. Prior to joining BP, he held the position of regional manager-fuel purchasing for Delta Air Lines in Atlanta, Georgia. His responsibilities included procuring annually over 800 million gallons of aviation fuel. He then served as chairman for both the Los Angeles and the Salt Lake City Fuel Corporations, successfully overseeing their 100 plus million dollar airport aviation fuel system construction projects. Michael proudly supports organizations such Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Children's Memorial Hospital and Literacy Chicago. Michael graduated from University of Augusta earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Economics and Marketing. He is married to Christine who is a successful home builder in Sonoma County. |

Mr. Carroll was the Founder of Carroll/Cahill Associates and is presently the owner of Carroll & Company, a business firm that provides consulting services to professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area. Carroll & Company also specializes in the appraisal, sale and acquisition of professional practices. To that end the firm acts as a liaison between the client and various legal, accounting, real estate and other specialists, which are retained by the client. Since 1984 Mr. Carroll has also been a seminar leader for the Practice Valuation Study Group, a national organization whose purpose is to disseminate and exchange information regarding the valuation and sale of professional practices. He also contributed to many publications on such topics as purchasing a practice, how to determine the value of a practice, transitions, and associate ships. He has testified in Superior Court as an expert witness in San Jose, San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda and Placer County and has never been disqualified. He has sold or appraised 1,500 practices over the years. |

Mr. Coan graduated from Harvard University in 1988 with a BA in Economics. He graduated with Honors from Wesleyan University in 1989, where he was a three sport letterman and tri-captain of the football team. He currently serves as a Board member of Wesleyan's Cardinal Club and actively supports the Cardinal Scholarship, a fund raising initiative supporting the financial needs of Wesleyan student-athletes. |

Ms. Cook was the founder of The Whittier Trust Company's San Francisco office, which she managed for 14 years. She is now a Senior Client Administrator handling complex issues for high net worth clients. She has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry, mostly in trust and estate administration. She is a member and former Board member of the San Francisco Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Northern California Planned Giving Council. In addition to completing the American Bankers' Association Graduate Trust School, she holds a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. She also has a BS degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. She joined the Olympic Club in 2006 to be an active member of the Tennis Section. Ms. Cook has served on a number of civic and cultural boards and committees. Music is of particular interest to her. She grew up in Springfield, Illinois and lived in Portland, Maine for a few years, prior to moving to San Francisco in 1993. |

Mr. Dame, a Master Sommelier brings a blend of experience, expertise and enthusiasm to the world of wine. He is the first American to have served as President of the Court of Master Sommeliers Worldwide. One of just 76 Americans to have passed the Master Sommelier Examination, Mr. Dame was the first to successfully pass all three parts in a single year. This feat and his high score won him the coveted Krug Cup of the British Guild of Sommeliers. He founded the American Branch of The Court of Master Sommeliers and has played an active role in the expansion of the Master Sommelier program throughout America. He is currently serving as the President of the Guild of Sommeliers Education Foundation. Lawrence P. Nejasmich a member of the Olympic Club since 1962 is a 1965 graduate of Saint Ignatius College Prep and a 1969 graduate of Seattle University. He and his wife of 33 years, Mary Jo, live in Hillsborough, California and have three children, Matt, Danny, and Katie. Upon graduation from college, Mr. Nejasmich served as an officer in the Army and was awarded the Bronze Star while in Vietnam. From 1972 to 2008, he worked in the Mechanical Contracting industry. From 1983- 2008 Mr. Nejasmich served as President and CEO of Marelich Mechanical, one of leading providers of mechanical contracting services on the west coast. He is a past president of the Mechanical Contractors Association of California and Director of the Bay Area Sheet Metal and Air conditioning Contractors National Association. Presently he is semi retired and consults throughout the Construction Industry. Besides from the Olympic Club foundation Mr. Nejasmich also serves as a Seattle University Regent and on other charitable boards including St. Vincent De Paul Society. He an avid golfer can often be found at Lakeside or at Peninsula Golf and Country Club. |

Mr. Salvadore recently retired as Senior Vice President and Market Manager/Cumulus Radio for KNBR, KFOG, KSAN, KTCT and KFFG, the 5 Cumulus station's in the Bay Area. His stations have won many national industry awards, including a National Association of Broadcasters, Marconi Radio Award, "Legendary Station of the Year" for KNBR and "Rock Station of the Year" for KSAN. He is a member of the Board of the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame and was honored with the Dauer Award for extraordinary contributions. Serving two terms as Chairman of the Board for the Northern California Broadcasters Association, he has been recognized as "General Manager of the Year" by Radio Ink magazine. G. Bradford Solso is the founder and managing partner of Ashwood Management Partners. He holds a BA degree in business administration from San Francisco State University and is a certified public accountant. Mr. Solso began his career at KPMG where his clients included financial services companies and investment funds. Mr. Solso was the Senior Vice President at Visa International where he was responsible for all capital markets activities. He was a member of the team that negotiated and executed Visa's sponsorship of the 1988 Olympic Games in Calgary, Canada and Seoul, Korea. After Visa, Mr. Solso has managed transactions, valued at over $1 billion, including the initial public offering of Preview Systems and sell-side mergers, advised venture funds on investment transactions in the technology and financial services industries, and assisted Boards of Directors and management of numerous private and public companies with business strategy, financing strategy, exit strategy and stock option pricing. In addition to his business activities, Mr. Solso has serves on the Board of Directors of Community Gatepath, a non-profit that provides services to children and adults with disabilities, on the Board of Directors of the Guardsmen, an organization that provides campership and educational opportunities to disadvantaged children and on the Northern California Chapter of the U.S. Olympic Committee. Mr. Solso is currently the Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the 42nd International Children's Games. |
